| Description | Pakistan Science Foundation (PSF), the executing agency for STEM project invites to submit proposal/bidding documents online through EPADS portal of PPRA in Single stage-two envelop procedure from well-reputed firms, suppliers, companies and manufacturers registered with the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)/other registration authorities, having names in Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of NTN and General Sales Tax (GST) for ?STEM Teachers Training Activities Materials? as per mentioned in scope of work for 200 school teachers. 2. RFP documents containing technical details STEM Teachers Training Activities Materials along with the procedure for submission of proposals, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, performance guarantee etc. available on EPADS can and only can be applied on EPADS within 15 days of advertisement. 3. The bidders should apply on EPADS as per provided instructions on or before the closing date (i.e. after 15 days of this advertisement/ publication) by 11:00 am. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the PSF Committee Room, in the presence (physical/online) of the applied bidders, followed by the financial bid opening of the technically qualified firm later on and the date and time would be communicated. 4. Only EPADS-registered suppliers can apply for the tender. Applications other than EPADS will not be considered and entertained. 5. Bidders need to register and apply for the tender through EPADS. 6.
